pad_and_penComplaints Procedure

The doctors and staff at The Pump House Surgery endeavour to deliver high quality care.  However, it may be that a patient feels he or she has a complaint.  In these circumstances any such complaint will be fully investigated and to facilitate this we request that a note of the facts be submitted in writing to the complaints manager Annette Bloomfield.  Any such complaint should be made as soon as possible after the event.  A copy of our complaints procedure is available on request from reception.

Suggestions & Complaints

If you have any suggestions, comments or you would like to praise any aspect of your treatment whilst in our care, please address them in writing to either the Practice Manager, or your Doctor.

We do make every effort to ensure that you are treated to the highest standard, but if you have any complaints, we are always prepared to listen. Please address your complaint in writing to our Complaints Manager, Mrs Annette Bloomfield and we will do everything we can to help.
