You will need to come in to the surgery with photographic proof of identity (for example Passport or Driving License) to register for online services with the dispensary team/reception team. Once you have been provided with a password please allow 5 hours before you try logging on so that the system can update your records.

The Dispensary is only open Monday to Friday.  If you have any medication emergencies whilst we are closed, please telephone NHS 111 by dialing 1-1-1, who will be happy to advise you.

PLEASE NOTE: If ordering medication for more than 1 person via our online service, please click on 'Send Request' for the 1st person before entering the details of the 2nd.  Thank you.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:  If ordering repeat medication on Fridays, your prescription will not be ready until Tuesday afternoon as weekends are not counted as working days.

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by:

a)  Accessing our website, www.thepumphousesurgery.co.uk  and completing the 'Online Repeat Prescription Form' from the 'Prescriptions' tab.

b)  Telephone the Dispensary on 01787 223408 between 9.00am & 1.00pm and 2.00pm & 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

c)  Writing to the Surgery.

d)  Calling in at the Surgery between 8.30am - 1.00pm & 2.00pm - 6.30pm Monday to Friday

In each case, the names of required medication should be stated, and 48 hours notice given.  This is to allow for prescriptions to be actioned by the dispensary team and checked and signed by your doctor before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy.  Doctors have clinics and should not be disturbed while they are consulting with patients.

Prescriptions can be collected at any time during surgery opening hours.

A delivery service to Great Tey village hall and Chappel post office is available, please ask the Dispensers for details. Please be aware that repeat prescriptions need to be requested by end of surgery on Tuesday to ensure delivery on the Friday of that week.  Medications are able to be collected between 9.30 and 9.45 on Friday mornings from Great Tey village hall unless otherwise notified.
