If the doctor feels you need a telephone or face-to-face appointment, you will receive the next available routine appointment. If an appointment is not required, you will receive an email response.

If you do have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact the out of hours service by calling 111. In an emergency please contact 999.
