We offer hearing loop system for use by people with hearing aids. A hearing loop is a special type of sound system and provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by the hearing aid when it is set to 'T' (Telecoil) setting.
If you are wanting to use our hearing loop system, please advise reception team on your arrival.
We also offer our surgery email address firstname.lastname@example.org strictly to hard of hearing patients to use to book or cancel appointments.
The practice is able to offer an NHS England authorised interpreter only. Please note due to guidance from NHS England it is in the best interests of the patient and the clinician that an authorised NHS interpreter is used to assist during appointments with the clinician. This helps to avoid any miscommunication between both parties. We require plenty of notice to arrange an interpreter for your appointment booked. Please let us know of your requirements as soon as possible.
